I could write a love letter about how much I love Misa Los Angeles so I think that is exactly what I am going to do. I will be honest, I do not remember how or when I was introduced to the brand Misa Los Angeles. I have definitely been following them for close to 5 years now but didn’t purchase my first dress from them until 2 years ago. I will say up front that they are investment pieces; however, your cost per wear makes it entirely worth it. I do find myself leaning towards more expensive, investment pieces when I shop because I do end up wearing them more than trendy, lesser quality pieces.
Misa Los Angeles is know for their colorful, vibrant, chic prints primarily on dresses but they usually offer the print in different dress styles, skirts, and shirts. In summer all I want to wear is floral dresses so Misa Los Angeles has quickly become my summer wardrobe go to. I just purchased a couple darker floral prints that I plan to wear throughout the year by layering them with tights, boots, and jackets. Their styles are so flattering with cinched waists and ruffle skirts and are truly so fun to wear. I think that is part of the reason why I always reach for my Misa dresses is because they just make you FEEL GOOD when you wear them.
The look pictured above is actually a dress but it has an open back and stomach cut out so I folded down the bodice and turned it into a skirt I could pair with a turtleneck for a more transitional look from winter to spring time. It is nice the dress is rather convertible and can be worn in both warmer and cooler temperatures. And it is just SO beautiful. This print is so stunning I had those cartoon heart eyes the first time I saw it. Just absolutely stunning!
Do you have any Misa Los Angeles pieces? Which ones are your favorite? Let me know if you decide to try out the brand and what your thoughts are.
